Cheryl WOur reservation was on 24/7 and the U-Haul app performed horribly. Something that is supposed to be convenient and easy became cumbersome and difficult. While trying to work through the technical issues we also called the customer service # where the 1st person that answered was not helpful at all and switched us to the "24/7 dept" where no one ever answered!
