The location was a dive. I personally do not think think that the location represents UHAUL very professionally. I was also disappointed and frustrated to learn on arrival that the Appliance Dolly that I had reserved was not at the location. I had reserved both the Trailer and the Appliance Dolly the week prior. I was told that I had to drive to another location to pick up a Dolly.
