The interior of the vehicle was clean. HOWEVER when we got home and opened the lift gate there were roaches everywhere. I had to spray it down and then rinse it out before I was able to use it. Which was not on Bingo card for that day! I rent from UHAUL all the time and would not go back to this location ever!

Location was dirty and unorganized and took to long to get hooked up.

STEPHANIE HU-Haul equipment in the front of the lot made the location easy to find. Once parked, we weren’t sure where to check-in since there was an open air repair area. Mike greeted us and all went smoothly from there. U-Haul rep, Omar, was very friendly and helpful.. He connected the trailer for us and made sure we knew how to change our drop off if needed.
