STEPHEN VThe woman who helped me was so kind. I was nervous because I had never driven a U-Haul, but she walked me through everything, and made me feel comfortable and confident with the whole experience.
CASSANDRA KThey swindled us for a “cleaning fee” in cash outside when we returned the trailer. The parking lot was a mud pit yet we were paying them to hose off mud from the rural area and their parking lot. The whole experience at this location was very sketchy and I would not recommend renting or returning here. If this was a real cleaning fee, U-Haul should be getting this correct? I went in to talk to the manager and it was weird. The staff was all on board for what they are doing at this location
