Had a problem when rented on the 27th of June at ace hardware from Ormond Beach to Boynton Beach fla. Loaded up the Uhaul halfway went to close the roller door in the back of the Uhaul for lunch break and it would not close. Noticed the wire around the roller bar came off onto the pool of the spools. Called Uhaul road side assistance for someone to come out to fix it 5 hours later they came out to fix it. That day screwed up my whole plans to get from Ormond beach Florida to Boynton beach Florida with hiring movers renting a storage gas and miles. Called Uhaul for to be compensated for the inconvenience they gave me 20% off shame on you Uhaul. I am going to blast you on yelp Facebook and the better business bureau. For bad Customer Service.
JODI KNeed to have more than one person at sight who is able to deal with returns as well as pickups. There were three of us in line and of course to get everything properly complete it takes a little bit and most of us are tired and weary after loading, unloading or packing boxes to get ready to load. Other than that everything was really good. Truck was nice, clean and the AC worked. good going U-Haul
