Take this franchise away from them. They were horrible.
Brian SA nightmare from start to finish. Employees didn’t seem to know their job, didn’t make this transaction easy, nor were they clear or accurate about fees or return instruction's.
Kimberly Mthe staff was barely trained on how to work the system. it took 20 mins for me to get my keys cause the guy at the counter didnt know what to do. take the time and spend the money to train the staff here better
