I'm still waiting on someone to get back to me on reviewing my final invoice. I have requested twice and had no response. I asked that it be looked at and adjusted based on best rental terms and mileage charge which I was charged at the highest rate per mile and a full day charge when I returned it around noon when it was to be back by 8-9 am. I could of used the truck that day if I would of know this.

I used truck for local move truck was driven to 2 locations total of 17 miles. I put 3 gallons of gas in truck, even showed the clerk my gas receipt, two different clerks checked me in and out, so the second clerk said that I didn't return the truck with the gas gauge in the correct position so I got charged another $12 dollars, so I paid a total of $22 for 17 miles travel, I told the clerk I have driven tractor trailers and they get better than 5 miles a gallon in town, last time I rent a truck, stick with a trailer only. Your best bet is don't put any gas in the truck after using it and just let them charge you the missing gas that way you're at even. I suggested why don't you rent the truck with a full tank of gas, his response do you think U-haul pays us to fill trucks. I said if your store decided to take on the extra business, then yes they do pay you to fill trucks. I will never text from ACE hardware in Ormond Beach again if that's the policy.

A nightmare from start to finish. Employees didn’t seem to know their job, didn’t make this transaction easy, nor were they clear or accurate about fees or return instruction's.

the staff was barely trained on how to work the system. it took 20 mins for me to get my keys cause the guy at the counter didnt know what to do. take the time and spend the money to train the staff here better
