I haven't rented anything from you . You have the wrong number. Again!
Zachary T.We flew from South Carolina on Friday, and were supposed to pick up our truck on Saturday. Friday afternoon, we received a call telling us the pick up location had no trucks. They did have one, but further away which was a great inconvenience to say the least. We did get some extra miles and an extra day. It's the least they could've done. We were informed that the location would be closed, but there was a way to get the vehicle by going online. We were not told, we would need a third party phone number since my wife and I were both on the rental contract. After many minutes, we found someone and got inside the vehicle to get the key. This is the second time a reservation has changed on us the day before our scheduled pick up. This is unacceptable and if we need to rent a vehicle again, we will try to avoid your company at all costs.
