Wasn't able to book a van online because program didn't accept my postal code. Clerk at the counter seemed unsure of what he was doing and easily distracted took way too much time and I think he overcharged me on mileage. $30 for approximately 5km seems excessive. The van also had damage on its rear quarter that the cleck didn't make me aware of. Service and quality doesn't seem to matter these days.
J-DANIEL RCharged me extra for fuel even though when I returned the truck with full tank, had to call customer service to get the refund.
