First. There is no where to safely leave your car when renting a vehicle from here. Second. Not having a person there to do the check in/out is not favourable. Very disappointing experience overall

They didn't deliver the dolly I had rented, and even though they knew about it, they still charged me. Also, the system was very slow for the truck delivery. Bad experience.
GUADALUPE LThis was a nightmare but we call another location way better service and took care of us i would recommend going to the Taunton and wilson location there super nice and takes care of there custumer
Denis BThe utility dolly was not available at the time of pickup, which made my move very difficult. Because of this, I couldn’t move all of my belongings. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with U-Haul. I originally booked the vehicle at the King Street location, and the next day I was asked to pick it up from another location. While I understand that such changes can happen, I had also reserved a utility dolly in advance. Since I was relying on the dolly, I did not arrange additional manpower. As a result, I was unable to move my heavy items, making the vehicle booking essentially a waste of time and effort, and it created double work for me. To make matters worse, I was still charged for the utility dolly even though it was not provided. Overall, this experience caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
