Originally, I was scheduled to pick up my truck from a location closer to my starting point. However, a few days before my scheduled pickup, a UHaul representative phoned to inquire if I would be interested in picking up from a newly opened location. If I agreed, they offered to discount the mileage rate by 30c/km. I appreciated that. Pros: Good central location to pick up/drop off, off of a low-medium traffic road- lots of room to maneuver truck. Clear signage and easy pickup- the numbers for Uhaul representatives were on the door of the business. I called on arrival and somebody met me for check-in in a timely manner. Representative at check in was friendly and fast. Easy to drop off keys into Dropbox. Receipt issued in timely manner. Cons: The truck was not fully clean. Upon pickup, there was a receipt on passenger floor and sticky popsicle stick in cup holder of the cabin. Nail clippers were found in the truck section. Upon pickup, the truck was nearing empty and needed to be somewhat refueled before I reached my loading destination. Overall, I would recommend this location, it wasn't busy or a hassle to check in and worth having the extra room to maneuver the truck to park.
Hillary Chad to reschedule the haul because nobody was in the building to give me the key, set my moving day back and cost me a lot of time. when they finally did have someone in the building it was the employee's first day and they double charged me for kilometres and charged me for the gas charge despite the fact that i refilled the gas to exactly where it was.there was also nowhere to park the haul when i got back at night so i had to wait 20 minutes for parking to be freed up. terrible location, terrible service, no effort made for customers. 0/10 would not recommend.

Jason LI was not impressed after receiving my receipt to find out that I was charged for the use of a Dolly even after several phone calls were made. Telling them we never received the dolly or blankets... also I find it a bit ridiculous that I was charged almost $50 for fuel. And you can tell by the amount of kilometers that I basically drove around the corner... i definitely think customer service could have been done a wee bit better in regards to this... i understand every company is out to make a profit by gouging. For services, not rendered, doesn't make sense...

Phillip AFirst. There is no where to safely leave your car when renting a vehicle from here. Second. Not having a person there to do the check in/out is not favourable. Very disappointing experience overall
Susan TThey didn't deliver the dolly I had rented, and even though they knew about it, they still charged me. Also, the system was very slow for the truck delivery. Bad experience.

Denis BThe utility dolly was not available at the time of pickup, which made my move very difficult. Because of this, I couldn’t move all of my belongings. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with U-Haul. I originally booked the vehicle at the King Street location, and the next day I was asked to pick it up from another location. While I understand that such changes can happen, I had also reserved a utility dolly in advance. Since I was relying on the dolly, I did not arrange additional manpower. As a result, I was unable to move my heavy items, making the vehicle booking essentially a waste of time and effort, and it created double work for me. To make matters worse, I was still charged for the utility dolly even though it was not provided. Overall, this experience caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

KEVIN CWhat can we do to improve.... Charge the correct amount and if you don't for some reason, at least have a faster process to do so. They charged my credit card nearly 750.00 dollars when it should have only been 150 including km. It's a nightmare trying to get my money back. Still no luck

Business should be trustworthy and reliable I will tell friends and family
CHERYL PI recently rented a U-Haul from this location, and I had an excellent experience! The owner just started the service, but everything was handled so professionally and smoothly. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. The person was very friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciate the great customer service and genuine effort to make sure everything went perfectly. Highly recommend this U-Haul location — they truly deserve your support!
