The truck was clean but covered with ice on the windshield. We had to wait 20 mins in order for it to defrost. Horrible service!

DEREK BI had no issues with this location. However, my original booking was at a different location. I went there, attempted to use mobile check in and was told no vehicle was assigned to me. I had to drive to another location - very frustrating
