I was charged for 150 milage and I only used 96 km. The van smell like dog and dog hair all over the seat. I itched the entire time I was in the van. The woman drefused to explain the most common requirement to rent the van, even though I asked. She said I needed to read it. I asked if it was 19.99 per day and she said yes, but she did not explain that if I stated that I will bring back at 9pm and I didn’t that I would be charged double times. I asked her if I return the van by 1 pm the next day if it 19.99 and she said yes. I returned the van way before that time and she began to avoid me infront of other customer. I asked her for a receipt and she stated that she send it to my email . I told her I forgot my phone and she said, ‘that is your problem not mine’. I would never rent from this location again and I will not rent from U-Haul. Home Depot has better customer service and they have free milage and they don’t charge customers for things they don’t use.

Easy online app used to find the location and easy spot to get in and out of. Pick up and drop off was easy as well.
Marcia POur trailer was not available when we went to pick it up despite the reservation and a confirmation that it was there. We were told to go get one from another location 20 minutes away. Brutal customer service. Returning the trailer was a joke as the returning destination was not open despite being regular business hours. I contacted the number on the building and a person answered and said that they were closed because he decided to take the day off and that I should just park the trailer and leave. I was not comfortable doing that at all . The entire experience was terrible and UHauls reputation is definitely justified .
