We ordered the truck for pick up at 9:30 and the place was closed. They didn’t show up for us to pick up the truck until after 10:00.

AMY OThe location is great as the parking lot is big and easy to maneuver. The truck (15') I rented was ok. It felt a bit clunky and ran rough but other than that it got the job done. I find the trucks are parked very close together so you need to be very careful. I could barely get into the truck. The off hours check in process can be a little cumbersome and takes a bit of time to walk through the steps but it works. The keys are located at the front of the building but trucks at the back of the building. It would be more convenient to have this located at back. Also better signage would help.
