Why was I charged $17 for fuel when I left it higher than when I rented it?

The photo of the key box should show more of the building or have better instructions on where to find the keys. I entered the parking lot from Bond street and did not know the key box was in front of the building on King street.
Tanisha DWhile there was only one staff on duty she was great and couldn’t have been more helpful. Not a big person but I was alone and she immediately stepped right up to help me unhook and get going. Did the check out in parking lot and got me going without any problems
robert MI was charged for 150 milage and I only used 96 km. The van smell like dog and dog hair all over the seat. I itched the entire time I was in the van. The woman drefused to explain the most common requirement to rent the van, even though I asked. She said I needed to read it. I asked if it was 19.99 per day and she said yes, but she did not explain that if I stated that I will bring back at 9pm and I didn’t that I would be charged double times. I asked her if I return the van by 1 pm the next day if it 19.99 and she said yes. I returned the van way before that time and she began to avoid me infront of other customer. I asked her for a receipt and she stated that she send it to my email . I told her I forgot my phone and she said, ‘that is your problem not mine’. I would never rent from this location again and I will not rent from U-Haul. Home Depot has better customer service and they have free milage and they don’t charge customers for things they don’t use.
