This really isn't about the Oshkosh location, but a lack of transparency on how rentals work. I was told I could pick up the truck at 10am. But then I'm told, when I arrive, that I only get to have it for 24 hours or I get another charge. I think that could have been much more transparent and I would have just waited until much later in the day to pick up the vehicle to not get a penalty.

KIM HIt was fine as long as you aren't in a hurry. The gentleman working the front desk seemed like he didn't really know what he was doing and spent a lot of time trying to figure it out and we were late to our closing on our house. We planned for 15 mins to check in and we were there standing around for 30.
Dakota SI will not recommend location in Oshkosh on Kollar st we were never informed on pickup of equipment to be in different locations truck pick up was on main st Oshkosh WI car carrier was in green lake WI was an inconvenience due to the lack of information caused problems with schedule of the move with no compensation for my time and money spent on having to travel just to get the equipment needed
