The pick up location was decent; however, there was a lot of overgrowth of plants and thus a lot of spiders on the/ in the truck. The truck itself was fairly scratched and dented; however, it functioned decent overall. The ride did seem a bit rough at times. The communication with U-Haul was extremely poor and they screwed up my pick up location originally and I lost out on 6 hours of my personal time.

DUSTIN SI actually made the reservation at the North Koeller Street location. I also had a storage unit there. Every staff member on that site was exceptional. All staff on Koeller were knowledgeable, professional and polite.
