I actually made the reservation at the North Koeller Street location. I also had a storage unit there. Every staff member on that site was exceptional. All staff on Koeller were knowledgeable, professional and polite.
Brandon AThe service tech was super nice. He said that per company policy uhaul doesn't allow the trucks to be locked at night. Then he actually came outside with us with cleaning supplies, because he said each night weirdos use the trucks at their leisure. Sure enough, he had to clean out the truck from garbage and it smelled horribly of weed. We had to drive home with the windows open. Gross. No fault of his...but what a stupid policy..and how disgusting that people were sleeping in our truck a few hours before we rented it. Yuck!
Brian FI had reserved a U-Haul truck close to my home for pick up. It was all confirmed and then I get a call the day before saying I needed to go across town to pik it up. It ended up costing me mileage for pick up and time to get there. If you can;t fulfill the customer's request for where to pick it up, please let them know up front. I would have picked somewhere closer to home.
