asked to be charged at the counter even though I put card information in when reserving online the day before. Seemed as if I had to restart the process over and guy at the register said if I didn't pay then we would be charged another $100 hold. Then he couldn't figure out the lock on the truck so it wasted 30 out of our rental time and shorten the amount of time that we had to move out of our home.
