Was charged for packing materials that I did not receive. It was a rainy day and when I reserved the U-Haul (online) I had paid for some boxes and packing material as well as blankets. At the Rental place she assured me the blankets and such were in the back. I spoke (online) with Louis at customer service Sunday evening and they said had to deal with the local store where I picked up the U-Haul. Called local rental on Monday and they said they had no record of that charge (which had been done online when reserving). There is a breakdown of the online process and the local rental and I'm not sure who actually as fault.

BRYANT MGot charged MORE money. BECAUSE I went over my mikes. I guess I was only to drive to drop the truck off because we were moving my son to his house. We had 3 trips of a full truck and they didn’t count in those miles. This should have been communicated better.
