.My drop off point in Dekalb/ liquor store was a poor experience. The low life's in front of the liquor store were not good look for Uhaul. Since I'm calling your attention to this problem, please give me a brake on my bill.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe service was fine. The staff was helpful. I would pick up from them again.
John HWe dropped it off during closed hours. There was a lock box with a code pad and we didn't have the code. No other signs around the trucks indicating another drop box. We left the truck and took that key to bring back the next morning. I got a call from the shop asking where the key was and when I explained to him we are bringing back up because of the lock but he said nothing just that another truck behind ours is rented out and he needs to move ours. When my husband went back there was a sign on the front door talking about the "other" lock box. This was confusing to see one lock box and there be "another".
