The gas station made comments about “where I was from, India?” That was uncalled for and insulting. Also, the truck I was given had the incorrect mileage (I corrected) as well as two dirty box springs in the truck prior to my use. They need to check equipment before loaning it out. Will not return. The representative should be ashamed.

They did not have my uhaul ready. I was suppose to pick it up before hours and they did not put the key so I could get it. Than I went in to get key when the place opened and the lady was accusing me of not paying even though the app gave me the truck number to get the key. She delayed me even longer. It was the worst experience I have ever delt with.
