The employee and your app were the problem. He didn't speak English. He was impatient. He stopped waiting on me 3x to deal with other customers. I had my contract on the app. He redid the whole thing which took 45 min. It destroyed my timetable. He stopped to chew Tabacco or weed or something. It forever changed my opinion of UHaul.
SANDRA HWe couldn't understand the guy that checked us out. Strong accent and didn't speak English very well. The check out guy started his lunch break and we had to stand around for 20 minutes while he ate. Backup camera was not working.
ROBERT GAttendant knew nothing about truck. Also great language barior ( I couldn’t understand him ) They couldn’t give me a receipt when I brought it back & it took long just to document it
