We dropped it off during closed hours. There was a lock box with a code pad and we didn't have the code. No other signs around the trucks indicating another drop box. We left the truck and took that key to bring back the next morning. I got a call from the shop asking where the key was and when I explained to him we are bringing back up because of the lock but he said nothing just that another truck behind ours is rented out and he needs to move ours. When my husband went back there was a sign on the front door talking about the "other" lock box. This was confusing to see one lock box and there be "another".

Jeff DI called to let the location know when I would arrive, the Keiths Car Care part of the business didn't let the UHaul part of the business know. When I arrived I got the snide comment "I didn't know if you were going to bother showing up or not" I didn't receive the check in text for the equipment so I was unable to report the damage to the driver's side view mirror, the UHaul person kept us distracted for almost 30 minutes with the vehicle running so by the time I actually got in over a 1/4 tank of gas had been wasted. He started and ran the vehicle I did not but I had to put the gas in. I will avoid this location in the future. Not my first time renting from UHaul and it won't be my last but definitely won't rent from this location again.
