GEORGE MNext time the employer need to be more specific, because I Rent a truck on a location on Kerville TX and i ask about the drop off and they told me I can drop on any location. I drop on San Marcos and I have to Pay xtra fee. Because they dont told me I have return at the same location
Gamalier TOvercharged me by THREE times! I was told it was confusion about when the truck was returned. My friend was told that I was charged for the dolly that was returned. As of April 7, 2025 @ 3:23, the bill has not been fixed and my money has not been returned like the person at Velocity said it would today.
