Arrived to pickup pull trailer 20 minutes before scheduled pickup time based on they're open till 5. When arrived all door to business were locked. Knocked repeatedly with no response. Called UHAUL and they called them. We returned for pickup. Owner was extremely rude that I'd called UHAUL. Stated he was there and we came before our scheduled time so had no reason to call. Then told my husband we could not return it on Sunday since they were not open. I had already had to pay for Friday and Saturday even thought we only needed it Sunday, because he wasn't open. My husband explained that is not what Uhaul had told us. Owner argued with my husband that it was his business not there's and if he decides to charge for it he can. We hooked up trailer and left the hostile situation. We returned it Sunday afternoon and it does not appear I was charged an extra day. So Thank you for that! But from now on we will go directly to Oil Lube on hwy 63. And will not recommend that dealer.
