Everything was done quick very little wait time

mike s- No jack! - Rear brake and signal lights did not work - we had to fix it ourselves to get it packed, etc. - Needed to buy the adapter for the electrical connection - I should have been asked about that. - THE OWNER/MANAGER, CLAYTONKIRPATRICK, AT THE PICKUP LOCATION IN OTTUMWA, IA., NEVER RESPONDED TO MULTIPLE CALLS ON TWO DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS! THAT'S POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. (FYI: THE OTHER DEALERSHIP IN OTTUMWA WAS THE SAME WAY! (southern Iowa mentality) BTW, THE DEALERSHIP IN PELLA, IA SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO DEAL WITH TRAILERS, NOT JUST TRUCKS! (PUT PRESSURE ON THAT DUTCHMAN!)
