Needed to change the size of the truck the staff was very helpful and easy to deal with will use them again if we ever need u haul again

Location was fine, Uhaul app was horrible to try and use. Continually failing to load even with 4 bars of 5G, had to redo the pictures for check in and drop off twice each. Wasted a lot of time trying to checkin/pickup truck as I arrived right before the pickup time of 830 and was still trying to checkin till after 930.
