I was not aware that my drop off required me to submit information for return. I will not use uhaul again as it is not my job to receive the vehicle. The uhaul app failed and I had to call customer service and return the vehicle via the website. This site has limited parking and tried to tell me that I could not return the vehicle at this location even though this was my scheduled drop off location on the original reservation.

Mechanical issues with trucks, 1st truck the brake would not release and the one I actually used has a malfunction with the correct miles to e not calibrating correctly, because of this I put in more gas than I should have. Called customer service and the best thing is a future credit. With my first experience today and the issues I had, I will not recommend U-Haul as a company to rent a moving truck from. A credit towards todays rental would have compensated me for the extra gas and money spent

HUGH TThe scanner for barcodes on back of license would not work on your app. If not for the guy inside I would have not been able to complete on line check in
