I've used Uhaul for years, the only company I look for when moving. When I received the truck it was extremely dirty with concrete dust. We had to mop the back trailer. I did not want my items all dusty. Then then when I went in the driver's seat was detached and falling apart. You had to lift the seat to close the door. After 1hr of driving the AC went out and never came back on, it was blowing dust and fumes and smelt really bad. I live in FL and the heat was horrible and no AC. Lastly after telling the employee who rent me the Uhaul he said "oh that some times happens"..... most disappointing experience I've ever had.

First thing I am told before even looking at my contract paperwork was that they had no room to allow my drop off. Even though this was the only truck in the parking lot.....only 1 other U-Haul van was there. Reluctantly they allowed me to leave the truck. Not what I was looking to deal with after already having multiple problems just getting the rental.
