This was not the location I chose, nor was it the trailer (I believe) that I chose. I walked in to the Meaford location and identified the trailer I wanted to rent, which was larger, and in Meaford. I was told it was available and I had a booking. Then I had to go 30 minutes out of my way to get this trailer, smaller than I wanted, which meant it took me twice as long (two trips) to do what I intended to do. This trailer was so small myself and my colleague kept hitting our heads on the thing. I mean the location was fine and the service was fine - I don't like the bait and switch that I get with UHaul, and the trailer didn't really meet my needs, which I knew the minute I looked at it.

The gas barn is a great pick up location - you ca get gas and snacks before you head out :) the Owners are friendly and the Dutch shop has delicious treats.

PATRICK GThe U-Haul rep was very helpful, however I'm not certain of the condition of the trailer I rented, I kept having trailer lighting issues. Also when I initially booked this rental I had picked a different location and day, I had planned on a Saturday rental but two days before I was informed a Saturday rental was not possible so I had to take time off work at a loss, inconvience everyone involved in the Saturday plan, very disappointed with this experience, but again this is not due to the rep at the pickup location, they were very nice, and helpful, just U-Haul overall.
