I dropped the trailer off early in the morning and tried to do it online as instructed, however the poor cell service at this location prevented me from being able to access the app / internet. I called the u-haul number and the customer service rep was very helpful.

We booked this truck out of owen sound which was a block from our residence and was told after we had to drive to this location to pick up truck, when the first location had 10 trucks sitting at it and when this happens we should not have to pay for the extra kilometres, paid a extra 10 kilometres just to pick up truck and take back .
GEORGE BLot was overflowing with trailers and trucks making it a bit tricky to maneuver. I had to leave the trailer in front of 2 others.
EVAN EMy original pick up location I chose was changed to one further away.
