Guy that runs it is very rude and unprofessional
Troy MI was charged an extra day and i was exactly on time There was nobody in the office. When he returned he processed me as late.
CURTIS LPersonally, I would prefer to deal with a real person. There was someone there to help me get the truck, but not when I dropped it off. The photo upload portion of the app is horrible and a giant pain in the butt. As far as the location and the truck, no issues, everything went fine. But the app needs some work.
Michael Mramp was broken and was unable to be used which made moving in the winter extremely difficult. Would appreciate a partial refund due to this.
