I showed up to the pick up location on time. The rental provider person was great. The problem was the on-line registration system. It wouldn't work at all. Ended up taking the rental with no paper work. If the police stopped the truck, that would have been a problem. Drop off of the rental went fine, one day early. A good thing they knew it was coming. I had nothing but a key and a lot of pictures to protect myself.

Troy MI was charged an extra day and i was exactly on time There was nobody in the office. When he returned he processed me as late.
CURTIS LPersonally, I would prefer to deal with a real person. There was someone there to help me get the truck, but not when I dropped it off. The photo upload portion of the app is horrible and a giant pain in the butt. As far as the location and the truck, no issues, everything went fine. But the app needs some work.
