During the pickup process, Carrie at Steve's Store was very helpful, and got me in and out in a timely fashion. Drop off was a breeze. I called ahead, and Steve gave clear instructions on return. The whole process was great!

Those that represent U haul should be able to communicate with the public better. When asked questions concerning their bill, should be able to answer without being rude. Overcharging customer? If not, please explain why customers account had 2 different charges on credit card, causing overdraft fee.
