Reserved a trailer, but trailer was not returned so had to rent a small truck. Worked great but cost $60 more than the trailer.

The location was great ut the online reservation system was bad. No confirmation of reservation was on the day before as promised.
Steve M.The store owner (Steve) is extremely rude. I did not receive any paperwork when I rented the vehicle. It appeared as though Steve has no idea what he is doing. He does not seem interested in providing good customer service. The vehicle leaked rain inside the cargo area. Extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience. I will avoid this location like the plague in the future.
