To access the truck and key was tedious. It took some time to work through the process. The customer service to reserve the truck was very good. Perhaps the app & computer system need attention. The truck itself was awesome. Clean as reserved. Easy to load bedroom set and a large wall sized picture. This was a 12 foot truck. Rides good. Gas experience as well as expected.

This U haul broke down on me with fuel pump issues & you’re still trying to charge me more? That’s outlandish and ridiculous. I should not be charged anything else if anything I should be refunded money for the inconvenience to my moving into my new place.
