I think I could only improve on the previous reservations location. It was too small to occumendate a vehicle for switching out. It was too busy with customers for the store to give attention to uhaul customers & it was all taken care of by 1 employee. The first time the employee left to retrieve the vehicle which was upsetting because the fraud charge was lingering instead of helping to try to dissolve. That location also told me I couldn't pay cash & only after I got frustrated came to say I could. 🙃 this was the location on hwy 158 in Henderson NC 27536. *horrible service both times

Very good service
SHERRI BFantastic U-Haul place. Most of these little mom and pop U-Haul locations are barebones, but not Fishing Creek Nursery. Mary was super helpful and thorough, and the equipment was ready for me. Just be aware that you'll have to do any hitching/unhitching of equipment yourself--they are not a "full-service" U-Haul location in that regard. Otherwise, it's the best U-Haul location I've ever visited, hands down.

MONTE SPut a landing leg on the trailer. The average person has a difficult time hooking and unhooking these units.
