My initial reservation had a different drop-off location which was open until 7 pm. The This drop location closed by 2 pm ( I got there around 5:30 pm ). I had to manage everything, and call uhaul to get a code to leave the keys in a security box, had to wait in the phone over 30 minutes to star talking to the person who gave me the code.
