The place was great, but it was not the place I booked. I was called half way while driving from Ottawa to Toronto that my drop off location has changed. This is not acceptable as I had to make changes at my delivery location to accommodate this change.

I have been billed about twice what I was quoted. Dont trust use u haul. The $19.95 printed on the side of the truck is a scam.
PAUL CHe was not trained guy , i return back the vehicle with in 6 hours when i reached 4 pm no one was here . They have also car washing centre so i asked the guy he called the person and said he closed the office i returned back the key he checked every thing but i got 2 days rent and insurance receipt
