CONSTANCE PI don't usually make these types of reviews but my experience today gave me a reason. I’ve been a long time customer of uhaul, its always been what’s expected for a rental establishment. Some are above and beyond and some are less than. My complaint is the older woman at the front desk, you will know when you see her face. Absolutely rude and arrogant every time I’ve been to this store. “Did you fill the gas tank?!” Ive never been asked this. If its not full charge me! Of course i did. There was no other interaction with me except that obnoxious comment. The location is ideal for me, but i don't think i can give someone like that my business. Arrogant and rude , 100% judgmental. This site charges by the mile as well. Estimated cost was 130-140. Final cost over 200. Bringing back late would be an additional 20, not a big deal- beware of Hidden charges
