The pick up location was fine. The online reservation process however is not great. I don’t understand why when you reserve a pick up location weeks in advance U-Haul is not able to make sure they get that to your reservation location but instead switch the pick up a couple days in advance. Also, when add-ons are made during online reservation and pick up location has zero clue what add-ons you’ve already attached and then try to seek you more duplicates or different add ons becomes very confusing & frustrating! While making online reservation i researched & I also opted for a drop off location closest to my end destination. During pick up was told that location was not an option but instead gave me 3 other random drop off locations. I then had to map out which was most convenient, or do I thought. Prior to drop off I called to inquire about drop off hours. I was told drop off anytime/anywhere in any open spot in the lot. When we arrived it was an over crowded basically a driveway size area. Not very user friendly. I seriously don’t understand the online reservation process if NOTHING stays as requested.

The only issue I had was no one told me to take a picture of the back of the truck before I left. I saw it on a text message when I got where I was going but otherwise a very nice experience.
Phillip PThis location charged me a fuel surcharge for returning the truck with low fuel. I was very meticulous with returning the truck with the appropriate amount of fuel and perhaps even more. I drove 148 miles and added 15.5 gallons to the tank. It's very likely the truck had more fuel in it than when the rental started. I plan to the call the location tomorrow and request a refund on the fuel fees. In they decline, I'll will file a complaint with corporate and perhaps pursue a credit card charge-back depending on the results.
