Representative was SUPER friendly, helpful abd easy-going. Trailer tires were in great condition and looked like new valves in both wheels / tires. Trailer pulled easily and the electrical connections were in good working order with a standard 4-pin connector, which plugged right into my hitch electrical socket. The physical location is on a very busy road and you need to be tactical on how to get into and out of the location, and how to hook-up and drop-off the trailer. Not a huge issue, just something to be aware of and plan for ahead of time. Checkout after dropping off the trailer could not have been easier or more pleasant. Again, the representative on duty simply could not have been any more helpful, efficient or pleasant - she was wonderful and a model of a great customer service person.

STEPHEN PProvider did not have the two dolly's I pre-ordered. They also by mistake on your part had me on an e warning so I was scheduled 9am and didn't even get our of the provider until 940. I paid for 4 hours and was ripped off and disappointed completely I will never recommend this to anyone else ever.
