ARICK HEquipment was in a snow bank in a bad location that would not allow the coupler to rest correctly without binding.the locking mechanism on top was crushed in and had to be pried open with a flat head in order to allow it to be properly secured. Inside of unit had pieces of plastic/trash present and entire unit was buried in snow.
