How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe van was a mess... The cab was dirty and someone clearly just did a tile job out of it.. there was dust and tile pieces all over the back. And the business never left the keys in the lock box for me even though I booked it about 2 weeks ahead of time. Drove over a half hour there to find out there was no keys and I had to come back in the morning when they opened.
Dalton SI booked the trailer much closer to my home over a month earlier.. on the date none was available close and had to go to this location.. they were nice and it was ok

Jerry LMake it easier and more convenient to determine how much gas is needed before returning truck. Not charge for 2 gallons of gas when it was returned virtually with the same amount.
