Missing blankets, broken dolly, we filled the tank and extra 3 eighths, and a full week later an additional $5.30 was charged to our card? For no reason? We already paid the full amount plus the extra 5 miles over. Unfortunate, as we need another truck on July 12th, but will probably not use this company again.

ERIC BNext time, have all additional charges listed up front. The $25 cleaning fee and $5 rental tax fee was almost as much as it was for me to rent the truck. Those were excessive charges, and I will not be using U-Haul again for that reason.
