Did an online reservation the day of. Spouse went to pick it up and the clerk had no idea what was going on. Caused a delay of about 30 minutes. She had to FaceTime her boss while they were there to complete the transaction.

KATHERINE DIt snowed the day before- when we went to pick up the truck- it was still covered in ice and snow. We did not have an ice scraper- so we had to go back inside to ask for one. They hunted for awhile and finally found one= and then we cleaned the truck off ourselves. They did come check on us. But the truck was not ready for pick up at our time of arrival.
