It was a auto Body Shop that also is a pickup drop off for Uhal. Nothing near a dedicated Uhaul site that has displays or options and accessories to help a move.
Roger VThe person handling my U-Haul return had poor customer service, coming across as rude and uninterested, repeatedly suggesting I self-return. The location itself is cramped and difficult to navigate with a truck, with no clear U-Haul signage. I won’t be going back there.
Kashif MWe should have been told that the U-Haul office is inside of the auto body shop. At the very least a large U-Haul sign should be visible from Colfax.
