Having 5/16 of a gas tank when I picked the truck up meant the first task was getting gas, not the best way to start a move. Secondly, this is nothing to do with the location but the app failed. So miserably when trying to return the truck it took 45 minutes and a call to customer service, customer service was helpful but still a waste of my time.

The Uhaul we had was leaking, would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Otherwise everything else was easy and seamless.
