It was a auto Body Shop that also is a pickup drop off for Uhal. Nothing near a dedicated Uhaul site that has displays or options and accessories to help a move.

The person handling my U-Haul return had poor customer service, coming across as rude and uninterested, repeatedly suggesting I self-return. The location itself is cramped and difficult to navigate with a truck, with no clear U-Haul signage. I won’t be going back there.
Kashif MWe should have been told that the U-Haul office is inside of the auto body shop. At the very least a large U-Haul sign should be visible from Colfax.

GREGORY MParking was difficult to non existent. The lockbox holding my key was too high for me to reach. The office was supposed to be open at 9:30, but they didn’t get there until 10.
