The office and staff were great. The truck itself was awful. The inside of it stunk terribly, neither door closed properly, the handle to roll the window down on the driver’s side fell off in my hand, both visors hung down in our faces, the drivers side was broken and couldn’t be clipped in, had I been taller it would have obstructed my view, and neither of the side mirrors could adjust further than in or out. I saw the side of the truck or parts of the road I didn’t need to see. I have rented from the location before with no issues, but this truck was a mess.
