Amanda was efficient even though she had to deal with problems from the Dallas office in computers survors being out. She was very kind and apologetic but was able to still do her job. The equipment was very efficient. The only thing I did not think was fair was being charged for a dolly. That should be a standard equipment piece for the truck. It use to be in the past. If people are not returning then they should be charged for the missing equipment. Thank you for the experience.

James CThe mobile pickup was a nightmare and took over 2 hours to complete. I had to verify mileage and fuel level without a key to be able to see mileage and fuel level. It was all very frustrating
