I didn't find it difficult to drop the truck

Thelma HAmanda was efficient even though she had to deal with problems from the Dallas office in computers survors being out. She was very kind and apologetic but was able to still do her job. The equipment was very efficient. The only thing I did not think was fair was being charged for a dolly. That should be a standard equipment piece for the truck. It use to be in the past. If people are not returning then they should be charged for the missing equipment. Thank you for the experience.
