The drop off address given was NOT the correct address. The location given was actually a storage facility. The actual drop off location was across the street with a totally different address to include building number and street name. Totally unacceptable when going to an unknown/unfamiliar location. This needs to be fixed immediately. The person that helped us at the storage facility said this happens all the time. Weekends are the worst as no one is at the storage facility to direct folks to the location across the street. Very Poor on U-Haul's part.
