I had to wait in the office for more than 15 minutes before someone came in to assist me. The truck had debris in the back and cab was dirty. The truck ran bad.

I love renting from Mr Stor It. The process is always quick and easy, and I'm on my way quickly. I was happy with my truck rental this time as well, but the only negative was that the back of the truck was full of trash left by the previous renter. Not a huge deal because I was going to clean out the back of the truck anyway because I was carrying things I didn't want to get dirty, but just thought I'd mention it. Otherwise, all is good. Thanks!
