My reservation was for 930am. GM changed the pickup time to 10am. They made me wait. So I was not able to get my motorcycle to my appointment on time . So it causes me to return it later. The trailers are all over the place and unorganized. No trailer dolly to move them around really? My trailer was blocked in by 2 other trailers. Which cost me more time. Needs work for sure. Another person in office might help. Waiting a long time for service.

RUBEN VDriver headlight wasn’t working. So I had to drive with the brights on, other than that it was a good experience.
